This event, our annual Summit County Golf Outing utilizes two courses; Mayfair and Raintree. We are limited to 36 Foursomes per course. Pricing is $400.00 per foursome or $110.00 per golfer. Reservations will be taken via fax, mail and in person commencing FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2008. First come, first choice of courses. Confirmations will be faxed to registrants and fees should be paid by Visa or Master Card (or) if a check is your method of payment it must be received with-in 7 days of registration.
