Golf Outing/Portage County (Susan Ralich, staff contact) Annual event scheduled for Friday, May 30 at the Kent State Golf Course
Golf Outing/Summit County (Susan Ralich, staff contact) Annual event scheduled for Friday, July 25 at Mayfair CC and Raintree CC (reg. form)
Home & Flower Show (Sharon Gillberg, staff contact) Annual event at the John S. Knight Center featuring the latest in home and garden products and services. Committee members help run produce this high-profile event. 2009 event dates are February 27-March 1.
Industry Nite with the Pros (Susan Ralich, staff contact) Produces the annual memberto-member tradeshow of new products provided by associates, tradesman and manufacturers to benefit our builder members.
Land Use & Environmental Policy (Susan Ralich, staff contact) Dedicated to the awareness of environmental regulations, wetlands & mitigation banking. Interacts with regulatory and other agencies to resolve housing industry problems.
Membership (Carol Ziruolo, staff contact) Responsible for the number of members in our association by planning and organizing sponsor incentives, recognition, rewards and drives.
Offline (Carol Ziruolo, staff contact) A forum of sales professional who go offline to share ideas and challenges. Open to all members. Bring your own lunch. (last Tuesday of each month)
Parade of Homes/Single Site (Sharon Gillberg, staff contact) Committee produces annual event at sites selected by the committee. Includes volunteer recruitment, sponsorship and booth sales and Preview Party details.
Reverse Raffle (Susan Ralich, staff contact) Produces a fun evening to network with chance to win big money. 2008 event is Saturday, November 1 at Guy's Party Center
Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) (Sharon Gillberg, staff contact) Fully integrated with the National SMC. Involved in promotions such as MAME awards, networking events, educational programs and more. Meetings are bi-monthly.
