A Builder member must be an approved member a minimum of six (6) months before
the date of the proceeding Parade of Homes lot selection meeting, in order to
participate in that year's Parade of Homes.
Occasionally, exceptions may be considered to the above stated policy, subject
to a majority approval of the Board of Directors. (EXAMPLE: If the lot
selection meeting is Sept.1, one will be a member since at least March 1. The
Parade will not open until June of the next year. By opening he will have been
a member for 15 months.)
